Belodez - 5,2% water solutions for treatment of root canals

PURPOSE

«Belodez» dental material based on stabilized solution of sodium hypochlorite is available is liquid 5.2%.
5,2% solution is used for treatment of canals with pulp diathermocoagulation or pulp coagulation by means of effective medicines. 
The solution is also used for disinfection of metal and guttapercha points and different dentures before their fixation.

FEATURES
The material (pH 10,0-12,0) features bactericidal effect on all the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi and virus. It is not cytotoxic on the apex level.

«Belodez» effect depends on hypochlorite concentration.

Mummified pulp after medical devitalization is dissolved by means of 5,2% solution. But this hypochlorite concentration may cause tissues destruction. Treatment procedure time should not exceed 60 sec.

Superficial layer appeared after instrumental treatment of canals, can be removed using sodium hypochlorite in combination with EDTA («EndoZhy № 2», «EndoGel»). That provides effective cleaning of infected canals and their expansion, higher adhesion of filling materials to canal walls.
When diluting 10% «Belodez» with distilled water in ratio 1:2, 3.3% solution is obtained.
